At NestFinance, we take security very seriously. We utilise a number of amazing programs which enable us to collect the required documents from you, in a fast, secure and easy way.

Ezidox

​

We utilise a document collection program called Ezidox, which enables us to collect your important documents, such as Driver's Licences, Passports, payslips and other sensitive financial information.

 

A link to a secure portal is sent to you via email and it is there that you will find a list of documents we have requested. You then upload your documents into the portal. Ezidox also automatically redacts your Tax File Number, for extra security.

All the documents you send via Ezidox will be stored in a secure cloud-based environment. Furthermore, the files are stored in an encrypted way and only the Ezidox system can decrypt.

As required by Australian industry regulations, all the data is stored on servers based in Australia.

illion BankStatements

​

illion BankStatements is a program that can help to speed up and streamline loan applications. This means less paperwork, less fuss and a quicker loan submission.

 

illion BankStatements uses technology that retrieves your bank statement data and sends it directly to us. At no time do we have access to your banking login credentials and all data sent to our server is encrypted with 256-bit encryption, secured by 2048-bit keys. This is the same level of encryption that the banks use.
